WillCo Tech and Carahsoft Technology Corp., The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider®, announced a partnership. Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as WillCo Tech’s Master Government Aggregator®, making its expertise management and credentialing software available to the Government through Carahsoft’s reseller partners, NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2) contracts.
Our partnership with Carahsoft comes at an opportune time with the recently published DoD Manual 8140.03, “Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program.” The manual provides guidance and procedures for managing and developing the DoD’s cyberspace workforce, covering a wide range of topics related to cyberspace workforce management and officially ushers in the long-awaited replacement for DoDD 8570.
As DoD agencies and contractors race to fulfill the 12-month deadline for mapping requirements, they will now have the ability to purchase WillCo Tech’s CyberSTAR solution directly through Carahsoft. CyberSTAR comes off-the-shelf ready for the new 8140.03M requirements.
