Recipient of multiple awards, including Crain’s “40 under 40,” Mike’s key responsibilities include Willco Tech’s vision and business strategy. With 25 years of IT industry experience, he dependably grows the highest value components of the business, both organically and through acquisition. Mike holds a BS in Management Information Systems with Bowling Green State University and an MBA with The Ohio State University.
Armed with 24 years of “building things” in code, and 12 years of running technology businesses, Marling handles M&A integration, business strategy and operations. Having taught himself code when he was just nine years of age, Marling has deep knowledge in SaaS product development and business process automation. Through perseverance, loyalty and hard work, he’s built a reputation for solving large, complex problems, partly by ignoring implied or artificial constraints.
Dr. Robert Riegle leads and manages business development across three major lines of business and leads market strategies for product and capability placement.
Dr. Riegle also served as the Director of the State and Local Government Program Office within the Office of Intelligence & Analysis in The U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Dr. Riegle has developed security solutions for National Security Agencies, US Dept. of Homeland Security and Law Enforcement organizations worldwide.
Dr. Riegle has numerous military awards and decorations including two Combat Action Ribbons, The Joint Unit Commendation Medal, The Joint Unit Achievement Medal, and four Navy Achievement Medals. He is a member of the UDT/Seal Association, the American Bar Association, and Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans Association.
Rich brings 30 years plus of software engineering experience to WillCo Tech. His strengths include his ability to build and lead technical teams in defining, architecting and implementing world-class software and data products for the healthcare and cybersecurity industries, using best practices and the appropriate set of modern tools.
