Akron, OH – November 2024 – WillCoTech, a recognized leader in cyber and technology workforce management solutions, has been awarded a contract by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). WillCoTech’s CyberSTAR Government Cloud platform will be deployed to implement and manage the agency’s Cyber Workforce Qualifications under the DoDM 8140.03 program, further demonstrating CyberSTAR’s role in advancing federal workforce modernization.
WillCoTech will provide DTRA with an advanced platform to facilitate the onboarding, management, and continuous qualification tracking of thousands of military, civilian, and contract personnel. This effort is central to the Department of Defense’s (DoD) strategy to ensure a highly skilled and qualified cyber workforce, which is essential to safeguarding national security.
Key Focus Areas Include:
- Implementing the Cyber Workforce Qualifications program, as outlined by the DoD CIO’s 8140.03 manual.
- Advanced workforce data management and analytics, enabling strategic talent management and decision-making.
- The seamless integration of workforce data into the CDAO’s ADVANA data repository supports the DoD’s Cyber Workforce Qualifications.
- Secure delivery of services through FEDRAMP-authorized cloud infrastructure.
